Rommel Roberts
Rommel Roberts is CEO & CTO of Redd Ash Technologies. Rommel is an industry expert in the deployment of IP based physical security, wireless mobility solutions, enterprise computer hardware & artificial intelligence across industrial vertical markets. Mr. Roberts also serves on the Technology advisory committees at the University of South Florida and Lake Technical College. Rommel is passionate about health, fitness, exotic foods, supercars and enjoys endurance cycling.
Dianne Thomas-Roberts
Dianne Thomas-Roberts is the Co-Founder and President of Redd Ash. Dianne is a board member of Harbor House of Central Florida serving in the areas of fundraising, events, and financial management. She is an enthusiastic hobby horticulturist of exotic fruits, vegetables and landscaping.
Laura Belen
Laura, Redd Ash’s Inside Sales Manager, has worked in the technology industry for almost a decade. Laura works closely with international tech & industrial distributors to procure best-in-class technology devices & software for Redd Ash’s customers. Laura and her team supports Rommel, providing oversight of the sales pipeline and workflow, ensuring a timely response to client and industry inquiries. She also serves on the Redd Ash Leadership Council, working to deploy it’s sales & on-site installation strategies. Outside of Redd Ash, Laura is an active community participant via Thrive Apopka church.
Philip Minott
Philip has worked in the network based physical security industry for the past 15 years. His responsibilities at Redd Ash include providing design consultation, estimating and strategic planning for all Redd Ash deployments. Additionally, Philip has conducted many extensive site evaluations and produced comprehensive engineered reports and system design drawings for some of the nation’s most prominent and complex enterprise systems. Outside of Redd Ash, Philip is an active member of Northland Church, a Yankees Fan, and a fitness enthusiast! We are very lucky to have him working on our team!
Scott Fraser
Scott is a results-driven operations and technical services executive with 30+ years of leadership in project management, technical services, IT, operations, and retail. At Redd Ash, he leads the Advanced Integration, Service, and Installation teams, overseeing the full project lifecycle from design to commissioning. Known for driving innovation, efficiency, and quality, Scott ensures projects align with client needs and organizational goals. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and fishing inshore, offshore, and on the fly.
Ramaward Sinanan-Singh
Ramaward is a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in industrial network and AV solutions. A retired Broadcast Television Engineer and former member of the Society of Broadcast Engineers, he brings deep technical expertise and a strong foundation in broadcast and integrated systems.
Known for his creative problem-solving and attention to detail, Ramaward has a proven ability to manage complex technical challenges, resolve vendor design issues, and evaluate and qualify emerging technologies. His work has been instrumental in supporting many of Redd Ash’s international projects, ensuring systems are delivered to the highest standards.
At Redd Ash, Ramaward serves as Director of Compliance and Licensing, providing oversight across all installations to ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and successful project execution.
Rebecca Toolsie
Rebecca's primary responsibilities in the company include finance, HR, and some operations. She told us that the best part of her job is “being able to touch a little bit of every part of our organization.” Rebecca is incredibly passionate about fitness outside of work, doing CrossFit 5 days a week in the morning. She also loves spending time with her three boys! Rebecca plays such a pivotal role on our team, and we are so lucky to have her at Redd Ash!
